Product Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY & LIMITATION OF REMEDIES: Guarantor warrants that this product conforms to its chemical description & is reasonably fit for the purpose stated for use under normal conditions, but makes no other warranties of FITNESS or MERCHANTABILITY expressed or implied, or any other warranty if the product is used contrary to the label instructions or under abnormal conditions not foreseeable to the seller. In no case shall the guarantor and/or seller be liable for more than the cost of the product to the buyer, & will in no event be liable for any consequential, special or indirect damages connected with the use or handling of this product. This product is offered & the buyer or user accepts itβs subject to the foregoing terms which may not be varied.
